Weekend Wrap Up

We had another fun filled, festive weekend!  Friday night we went to Mimi and Papa's and helped them decorate two Christmas trees.  Saturday morning we were up bright and early and headed to the Hale's for the annual kid's Christmas party.  Amelia always does such a great job planning this party.  We all had breakfast together, then the kids made ornaments, and the party ended with a gift exchange.  Kathryn had a blast playing with friends, and Kyle and I enjoyed catching up with everyone.  Saturday night, we rode out to Central to see the house set with Christmas music and then had dinner at the Catfish House (YUMMY!).  Sunday was "church day" and my favorite service of the year.  Each Christmas, our choir does a service that is all music...and I love it!  Afterwards we went home and spent the afternoon playing and watching Christmas movies.  Sunday night, Kyle and I went to a Christmas party in Hopkinsville for his bank (my 3rd Christmas party in one week...all three were in Hopkinsville and for Kyle's bank).  It was a nice party, and as always, it was great seeing and catching up with everyone.
