More snuggles

January has been a LOOOOONG one!  We are all doing our snow dances and hoping for some good stuff to go sledding in.  Fingers crossed.  Until then, we are spending lots of time snuggling and just hanging out...and watching a lot of basketball! 

A long, lazy 3 day weekend...just what we needed!

Bath Bay at Pet Plus

This past weekend was a 3 day weekend...and it was exactly what our family needed!  Friday night we were all home and in bed by 8:30.  Saturday after Kaden's basketball game, I ran a quick errand in Nashville, but then we were all back home in our pjs and just hung out all night watching basketball and movies.  Sunday after church, we were back home playing Uno, watching movies, and just hanging out.  Monday, Kyle took the kids to City Forum while I stayed home and cooked.  This week is going to be busy, so I needed to tackle a several dishes so we are prepared for a good week of eating.  This was the time we all needed...time to be home, to be together, and just be!

We know how to ring in the New Year...all snuggled in our bed watching the ball drop in NY on TV.  There is no where else I would rather be.  This moment...my fav!

Today's basketball game.  It was their first loss of the season.  I was proud of Kaden.  He played hard and was not crying because they lost.  Good sportsmanship is key!

Christmas break was pretty much awesome!  We had about a week and a half after Christmas day to just be home with each other.  We spent a ton of time playing Uno, working puzzles, and just hanging out.  I love days that we have nothing on our calendars.  Here's to an amazing 2020 filled with loving and fun moments with my family!

I LOVE Christmas, but when it's over, it's over!  I always undecorate the day after Christmas.  And I always go shopping too...not that I ever really need anything, but I do like to go get a few things like gift bags, wrapping paper, and anything else cute.
