Perfect day to play outside with Kaden

The King of his own world!  Kaden...I will never be able to tell you how much I love you!  This was taken yesterday at the playground.  We had some time to play before picking up Kathryn from photography club at school.  We played tag, played on the swings, and did an obstacle course that was timed...of course Kaden was way faster than me!  These moments are some of the very best, and these moments are the ones I never want to forget...just playing outside.together.no distractions.  Life is so good!  
 

Mid March Fun

 Spring is here, and I am so glad!!!!!  The kids are definitely keeping me busy...we started Tennis yesterday...this is simply a skills 6 week camp.  Kathryn liked it okay...Kaden said he didn't love it.  We are going to finish out the 6 weeks.  I told them they don't know if they don't try...so there's that.  We are already taking advantage of the warmer weather with evening strolls after dinner.  Summer will be here before we know it, and we can't wait!!!!!

 Kyle and I got away for Spring Break this year...it was much needed and so much fun!  We went a day early so we could hike Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend, but due to the snow at the canyon, our hike was canceled.  Although I was really looking forward to this excursion, we made the best of it by spending extra time at our hotel...relaxing, eating, playing cards, and having fun.  Ben and Jenn joined us as well...we all had a great time!

We were so excited to host DNOW again this year...we had 8 awesome girls that spent the weekend in our home with an amazing leader.  We love playing a small role in this experience where students connect with God.
