I LOVE these carrots! I love the foliage on them. I have been cooking most meals, which I actually really enjoy doing when I have the time.

February ended with a slight slow down for us...minus our usual grind. We had a week off from school due to all the ice and snow. We went to the Governors last home game of the season...each kid got to bring a friend, so that was lots of fun. We have spent time at home. And I have spent a lot of time in the kitchen. We are just a few days away from Spring Break, and I am definitely ready for warm weather and lots of sunshine!
