Today

Today....days like today...probably my favorite because this rarely happens...
Dropped Kaden off at camp.  Came home to start laundry (yes, I do at least one load a day).  I got a 90 minute massage.  Afterwards, I got gas and went grocery shopping.  Once back home, I straightened up the house, had lunch, finished laundry, and then....work on my to do list (ordered kids' bday gifts, caught up on blogging, and worked on other tasks).  Now as I sit here...laundry is done, house is clean, blogging is up to date, and now....relax time!!!!!

Nashville Mural Tour with Winston

I have been wanting to see the murals in Nashville, and I knew the kids would have zero desire...so I took Winston with me!  Yesterday, he and I spent the day walking around Nashville checking out the murals, and we had lunch at Edleys...I have been wanting to go there for some time now.  It was a great day!  Walking, eating, and when we got home, I got all the laundry done...every single stitch...three loads wash, folded, and put away.  Days like that are pretty awesome!  I enjoy being around people, but I also love being alone.  Balance!  And, being with just Winston, that is pretty much the best of both worlds...being alone but not really!  I really do live a blessed life!!!

back home and tired!
His FAV place to be!

Weekending..

I have pretty much mastered stringing and tuning a harp!
Last Friday night...dinner at 404 Kitchen and then to TPAC to see the sequal to Phanton...Love Never Dies...it was so good, but the ending was very sad!  And, I had the most handsome date!
Last Saturday...Real Life Church Family Event...the kids had a blast!

Fresh Hair Cut for this one!
And, packing Kathryn for church camp...Camp Impact, she is ready!
Saturday relaxing...

Skating queens :)
Some days are meant for ALL DAY FUN!  This was last Thursday.  We started with breakfast at The Pfunky Griddle.  This is a place where you cook your own breakfast, and the kids absolutely love it!  Next we headed to the Adventure Science Museum and spent the day playing.  Kathryn LOVED the Rubiks Cube exhibit.  She spent hours in there working cubes.  Kaden loved the ambulance and just running around crazy and playing.  The museum is always so fun!  And after dinner that night, we went to family skate night at Rainbo Skating.  Kaden mastered skating with the assist walker very quickly, and Kathryn did an awesome job too!  Days like this are so much fun!  Summer is the best!
