Bran is home and celebrating Pammy's bday

Proud of his picture and sentence writing!

Uncle Brandon is in town for a wedding, and Tuesday was Panny's bday, so dinner in Clarksville was the plan.  I was glad to see my little brother and to celebrate my mom's bday.  We ate at Strawberry Ale Works.  Before and after dinner, the kids played at Downtown Commons.  And we finished the night with a family walk and this beautiful sunset!

Rainy Sunday = Church and then a lazy day at home

Kaden did take a movie break to dress up...half Ninja Turtle and half Darth Vader
Sunday after church (we attended the launch service at Real Life Sango and really liked it), we spent the entire day at home.  It was much needed for everyone.  I even took a short nap which never happens.  It was so rainy, the temperature was cool, and we decided being home in pjs was the best way to spend the day.  The kids picked out matching pjs and got out the electric blanket (which Kaden calls "electric"), and we all got in our bed for a full day of movies and rest.

Saturday Night Fun: APSU Football!

Football Saturday Selfie with these two!

Back home for the FSU game
Saturday night was APSU's first home game of the season.  Due to lightening, the game was on a never ending weather delay.  The game was supposed to start at 6.  At 7:30, we decided to head home.  The game was still on a delay, and this momma was tired!  So we grabbed some dinner, ate at home, then we all snuggled on the couch for the FSU game.  The night didn't go as planned, but I wouldn't have changed a thing!

Winston Takes on Tie Breaker Water Park

Some days really are pretty much perfect...Last Saturday morning was it!  After a yummy Chick Fil A breakfast, Kaden and I took Winston to the water park.  It was a special end of the season event where they let dogs come play before draining the water.  Winston had the best time EVER!  And, Kaden and I had a blast too.  Pammy came and brought her Boston Terrier Billie Joe.  After a couple of hours playing, we had lunch at Buffalo Wild Wings taking full advantage of the outside seating and cooler temps.  On the way home, both Kaden and Winston crashed!  It was a great start to our Saturday!
