Weekend Wrap Up: Harp Recital, 5K, and more

Zoom Harp Recital

Kaden's artwork from school

I took a day off to spend with Kathryn since she was contact traced and was sent home for 10 days (I didn't want her to be alone all week, so I took Wednesday off to be with her and break up her week).  She and I had a great day...after she completed her work, we watch Christmas Hallmark movies!  I started my day off by taking Kaden to school.  But first, I took him to breakfast at Shipley's...his favorite!  I never get to take him to school, so I truly enjoy these sweet moments with him!  He's the best boy, and I am so glad he is mine!

This past weekend was a fun one!  Friday night we kept it in and enjoyed a lazy night at home.  Saturday, I ran some errands in Nashville, we had Kathryn's virtual harp recital (she played Rustic Dance and Silent Night), and then I ran a 5K with Fran and Haven.  After our 5K, we had apps and drinks at The Blackhorse.  Sunday, we were up early for church.  Kathryn played her harp in both services.  I spent the afternoon finishing up my Christmas wrapping, went grocery shopping, and got things ready for the work week.  Although we were busy, it was a great weekend!
