Hollywood Studios was a FUN day!!! We started with breakfast at Hollywood and Vine which I highly recommend. You get into the park early (if you have an early reservation) and can sign up for Jedi training before the park even opens. Plus Hollywood and Vine is breakfast with Disney Jr. characters, and my kids love Disney Jr. This was the perfect start to our day! After breakfast, we went straight to Tower of Terror. We wanted to ride this before the line got too long. We were one of the first ones to ride for the day. Kathryn and I really wanted to ride. Kaden was given the option to ride this with me or a non scary ride with Daddy. Naturally, he chose to go with me. I'm quite certain he regretted this decision. Once we were on the ride, he was terrified. I felt bad for him, but I couldn't do anything about it. I had never been on this ride, so I really didn't know what to expect. Kaden spent the rest of the day talking about the Tower of Terror stating that it made his belly dizzy because it went up and down, that he didn't like the genies (ghosts), and how he was too small to ride. It was hilarious! After Tower of Terror, we went to Jedi training. Again, Kaden was frightened when he saw Darth Vader. But, he persevered and completed his training. There may have been a few tears shed. The rest of the day was spent riding rides, meeting characters, and having fun. Kathryn rode The Rockin Roller Coaster with me. It was a blast. This was her first roller coaster that went upside down. When talking to the cast member at the gate, we scored a fast pass! While in line, I could tell she was feeling hesitant. She said her stomach was hurting, she wasn't feeling well, etc. But, once we were on the ride, she was screaming and having a great time. After it was over, she was ready to ride again! I LOVE that my girl rides roller coasters! We had too much fun! That afternoon, we had an early dinner at Momma Melrose. It was good! And the best part, we did the package for Fantasmic VIP seating...TOTALLY worth it! This way, we didn't have to wait in line for that show. And, I have to say, Fantasmic is my favorite Disney show! It was amazing! I had not yet seen this show, and I thought it was great. The kids were a little scared at times, but they loved it too. Hollywood Studios was a definite hit for my family!
