Middle of September 2021

Once I felt better from Covid, I tried to log a couple of miles each day.  Thankful for pretty scenery in on my street.

September took us by surprise...I tested positive for Covid.  I thought I had a sinus infection...turned out I was wrong.  My first symptom was no taste and smell.  I got pretty sick for a couple of days, but luckily, I recovered, and I completely well now.  Winston was great company while I was quarantined to my bedroom.  And, I was able to work from home...another huge bonus!  And, luckily, no one else in the house got sick.  PRAISE!!!!!

Once we were all out of quarantine, Kaden played his first Flag Football game.  And, he scored a TOUCHDOWN!!!!  We were all so excited.  He is really enjoying this sport!

Kathryn and I took a day with Pammy and went to Nashville.  We spent the day shopping and eating.  At the top of the list...Puffy Muffin for lunch and the crystal store for shopping.  We had an amazing girls day.  So thankful for these moments!!!!!

We all attended APSU's first home game of the season.  We love our GOVS!

And, my work...I feel so incredible lucky, blessed, and thankful for my job.  I love what I am doing, I love who I work for and with, and I am loving my students.  This has been a big change for me, a change I didn't know I needed until I got here.
