These pics are in reverse order...but, these were taken by a church member which captured Kaden's baptism and will forever be cherish by me. For months, Kaden has talked about making his faith public through believer's baptism. After meeting with Pastor Freddy T a couple of times, Kaden knew he was ready for baptism. When Freddy T asked who he wanted to baptize him, he immediately said Kathryn. Oh my heart!!!!! I almost cried on the spot. Their love for each other is like no other, and I pray it is always this pure. So on Father's Day (June 20th of 2021), Kaden was baptized! As a mother, this is the one single event you pray to happen for your child. I am a big believer that happiness is internal, and without the love of Jesus in your heart and knowing the Jesus died for our sins and rose from the grave, I don't think you can feel happiness and joy from within. So happy and thankful that Kaden believes this in his heart. Thank you Jesus for all of your love, and thank you church family and friends for investing in Kaden and teaching him. They say it takes a village, and I am beyond thankful for my village.
