Disney Day 6: Final Day and Home Sweet Home

We spent our final day hanging out at our resort.  We had Dole Whips for breakfast because why not?!?!?!  We walked around a little, packed up, and relaxed.  We talked all about our favorites things from the week.  The kids agreed their fav snack was the Dole Whip, but the Churro was a close second.  Their favorite rides were the Mine Train and Slinky Dog as well as Rise of the Resistance and Flight of Passage.  Kaden was super excited about his new Light Saber, and Kathryn was definitely loving her Droid.  We agreed that Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom were our favorite parks.  We also agreed that wearing our masks while there wasn't near as bad as we thought it would be.  We loved The Polynesian Resort!  We loved the pool area, the monorail access, and having Dole Whips on site!  While we didn't get to do character meet and greets, and we didn't get to do the things like big parades, shows, fireworks, etc...we did agree that coming to Disney and experiencing the parks at 25% capacity was a once in a lifetime opportunity, and we were so glad we did it!  We loved having no to minimal wait times for rides and loved the ease of navigating the parks without the big crowds.  We know that we can go back in the future and see characters, shows, etc.  For now, we are so thankful we got to go, and we were super impressed with how great everything was...Disney did it right with their reopening and still keeping the feeling of magic alive!  And best of all, we have been home now for 14 days, and no one has gotten sick!  So take that Corona Virus!!!!!

Back at BNA...Home sweet home!
The kids asked to sit together on the flight home...this was during take off...so so sweet!
