Instead of gifts, we celebrated our 15 year anniversary with a trip to Mexico.  We went back to the Iberostar Grand in Mexico.  It was just as wonderful and relaxing as it was last year.  We truly had a blast.  We met some fun couples to hang with, and we enjoyed time with just us too.  This time, our fav restaurant was the Caribbean...the jerk chicken was amazing as well as the avocado roll.  We ate here twice because we loved it so much.  I really like all our dinners...the Japanese was so good...it was so much food!  The same at Toni's.  The Italian was great too!  We both loved the international buffet.  We forgot about the street tacos earlier in the week, so one night after dinner, we hit that up too!  The food was great, the service was great, and I really hope we go back next summer!
