Christmas Day 2016

Everyone must have been on the nice list this year because everyone got WAY TOO MUCH!  We had a wonderful Christmas with our family.  Papa, Mimi, Uncle Michael, Uncle Jay, and even Momma Pam came over Christmas morning.  I love that we have a home that can comfortably accommodate moments like these.  The kids slept until 7:00ish.  Once they were awake, they were full steam ahead.  The kids spent time checking out their gifts and stockings from Santa.  Kathryn received a Scooter, Hatchimal, Foot Spa, Shopkins, and Hexbugs.  Kaden received a Drum Set, Food for his kitchen, a Polaris ride on (which he calls it his John Deere), and a remote control car.  Their big gift from us was their own Ipad, which they have LOVED!  Kathryn says her favorite gift was her Ipad, and Kaden says his favorite gift was his Drums and "John Deere."  After Kaden opened a few gifts, he stated that he had too much and didn't want to open any more...I was taken aback a little...and humbled.  We really did go overboard this year, so next year we will be more focused.  Kyle and I got lots of goodies to include clothes, shoes, perfume/cologne, and some handmade items from Kathryn.  Christmas day was spent at home all day...our tradition...playing, watching Christmas movies, eating, and enjoying being home and together.

Santa even left Winston some goodies!

He went STRAIGHT to his drums!

Big score on this gift from Momma Pam...she had a brick oven made for him so he can bake pizzas!
This boy's 1st Christmas

Daddy loved his new shirts

He couldn't wait to get outside to ride this...luckily, the weather was amazing!  Highs were in the 60s!

And Kathryn spent her day just like this...binge watching Fuller House Season 2 while holding her Hatchimal waiting for it to hatch
