Spring Breaking: Atlanta: Day 1

Last Thursday morning, we loaded up and headed to ATL.  I wanted to do something fun with the kids for Spring Break, so this is where we ended up.  I knew they would love being in a hotel next to the Olympic Park, and I wanted to take them to the Georgia Aquarium.  Day 1: Before leaving Clarksville, we had a Chick Fil A breakfast.  Our first official stop was the American Girl Store in Atlanta.  Kathryn and Kaden both LOVED it.  Kathryn picked out several things and Kaden did too.  Next, we rode the carousel in the mall.  We ended the day with dinner at Max's Pizzeria with the Bowles family.  After dinner, we rode the Ferris Wheel and played in the Olympic Park.  By the time we got back to our hotel, we were all exhausted.  It was a great day! 

Road Trip Ready!!!  And, I have to say, the kids were great travelers!

He got a new dog and needed to give him a bath...his name...Wilbur...Kaden pronounces it...Wilbah...it's too funny!
