Other Happenings

Kathryn is learning to knit!  She has been asking for months to learn how to "thread," so I found a teacher for her and lessons began.  She has had two lessons now and is doing great.  She can completely work the needles to do a basic stitch.  Next week, she will learn the pearl stitch.  I am learning as well, and I am having fun with it too.  Most of all, it gives me and my girl some time together doing something fun and relaxing.
