Surgery is Over!

Kaden's surgery is done and over, Praise God!  This past Wednesday, we went to Vanderbilt Children's for his hypospadias repair.  The surgery went well.  The doctor was very pleased with everything.  And, this momma only cried twice (when they took him back for surgery and after talking to the doctor post surgery).  In recovery, Kaden looked so pitiful.  He was so sleepy and hoarse.  But, he was extra snuggly.  None the less, this is all behind us and now we can focus on healing.  He will go back on March 8th for a follow up.  Until then, we have several restrictions, but it is nothing too crazy.  God is Good!!!!!

In Pre Op...Prior to surgery, he was so happy and "talked" a lot...the nurses all laughed and thought he was really cute...and they talked about how chunky he was...I was so thankful he was in a good mood despite the fact he couldn't eat that morning
