This past Sunday, I ventured out on a girls trip with Kailey and Becky to New York City. This was my first time in the "Big Apple," so we had lots of ground to cover. Instead of giving a play by play, I will bullet the highlights of the trip...
- Saw the 9/11 Memorial...AMAZING and emotional
- Made a national appearance on the Today Show...it was only for a second, but it counts!
- Took a carriage ride in Central Park...relaxing and fun
- Breakfast at Dean & Deluca...Yum
- Saw the Broadway Show Rock of Ages
- Did a night tour on the top of a double decker bus...the lights were awesome
- Stayed in Times Square...insanely BUSY area
- Rode on the Subway and hailed a taxi
- Took in the city sights from the observation deck on top of Rockefeller
- Shopping on 5th Avenue
- Saw the protestors on Wall Street
- Ate lots of delicious foods including the BEST mac & cheese at The Cafeteria
