Christmastime is Here!!!

 

One of my fav holiday traditions...our Fav Things party!  

Kaden sang in church yesterday and also read a Bible verse with a couple of others...he did awesome!  I love seeing him praise our Lord!!!!

Saturday night, we ran the Christmas Light Run...Kaden did the 1 mile...THREE times!!!!

Last Thursday we had the the Bengal Christmas Bash...Kaden made an ornament, had cookies, and got to ride on the Trolley to see Christmas lights and sing carols...it was so much fun!

He has been into Monopoly lately...I still love this game too!

Hello December!

Crazy hair day at school for this one!  Blue hair it is!!!

We hosted the commercial department at Kyle's bank for a Christmas party...it was so much fun!!!!

Every Christmas I set this music box out as a decoration...it has a drawer in the bottom.  Kaden LOVES it!  He always wants to play a game where we pass cards back and forth and he stores the cards in the drawer.  I love that he loves this decoration so much.  It was gifted to me from Momma Hope, and I plan to give it to Kaden one day.

We also love playing board games...Monopoly is always a good choice!

December is here and already flying by...I truly try to cherish each day this month because it goes by so fast!  My heart just feels so full right now...I have a family that I love so much, a job that I really enjoy, and a God that loves me despite all my flaws...BLESSED!  

Kathryn's Harp Recital

Kathryn had her recital on Nov 29th.  She played beautifully and looked beautiful doing it.  I am so incredibly proud of her growth.  She has played now for 7 years, and she continues to wow me with her talent.  She played Ave Maria and Reverie and did great on both pieces.  Kathryn is such a special young lady, and I hope she will always know that!

This decoration is from my childhood...growing up, we would alternate whose bedroom this would sit in for the holiday season.  My sister has had it for a while, and then my little brother...now I have it and I might keep it forever!

December 1st: Our Elf Buddy is BACK!!!!!  He brought Kathryn, Kaden, and Winston their advent Calendars...the countdown to Christmas is officially on!
