Christmas Day 2015

We had a blessed Christmas indeed!!!  The kids got all the presents they wanted and more.  They had the best day playing with all their new toys.  We stayed in our pjs all day.  Mimi, Papa, and Uncle Michael came over early that morning.  Then Uncle Jay joined us for breakfast.  After lunch Momma Pam came over.  We truly had a wonderful day spent with family and doing what we love to do best...spending time together.  Merry Christmas Everyone!!!

All our favorite Christmas traditions...Letters to Santa, Reindeer Food, treats and milk for Santa, saying our good byes to our elf Buddy, and looking out to see if we see Santa and his sleigh.  I LOVE the magic of the season!!!!!

Christmas Eve at Mimi and Papa's was definitely fun!  The kids played and hung out until time to go to service at church.  Kyle, Kathryn, Kaden, and myself all went to the Christmas service together and afterwards went back to Mimi and Papa's for dinner.  I always feel like us attending Christmas Eve service conflicts with everyone's plans for dinner, etc.  But it is super important to me for us to go.  I always want to make sure the kids know true reason why we celebrate this holiday, and hearing the Christmas story at service each year is the perfect reminder.  This is a tradition I always want to keep!  After a delicious dinner, we opened gifts.  The kids loved everything they got!  Kathryn especially loved her clothes and American Girl jukebox, and Kaden loved his Mickey Mouse chair and his musical toys.
