On the morning of January 3rd, Winston and I headed to Athens, GA.  We met with the docs after lunch on Jan 3rd.  Winston stayed overnight.  On January 4th, he had Chylothorax surgery.  The surgery went well.  I headed back home on the afternoon of Jan 3rd, I waited until surgery was over, and he was stable.  Winston had to stay at UGA for several nights.  We all certainly missed him while he was gone.  Now we wait to see if the surgery was successful.  Praying the effusion does not return and Winston is truly well!
