Along with the Hawkins family, we went to Cheekwood to see the Lego Sculptures. They were really neat! There were about 20 to see and each had a plaque with the number of hours it took to make as well as the number of Lego pieces. It was cool! We had dinner at the Cafe there and then took a long scenic walk on the back of the property. It was a fun night!

The best day of the summer...KidsLympics! Kaden was on the Red Team and Kathryn helped coach the Blue Team. They both had the best night...it was the ultimate field day...all the best events! Kaden's team placed 4th overall, and Kathryn's team won 1st and the big trophy. EVERYONE had a blast!!!!! We are so thankful to be a part of a church family that invests so much love and interest into the lives of our children. BLESSED!
I LOVE to take a family walk/bike ride after dinner during the summer. The weather is perfect, it is a great way to help food digest, and most of all, it is an extension of family time. During the summer months, we take family walks several nights a week, and it is truly a sweet time!
