Another week of work with no students...this has meant that I have gotten up at 4:25, worked out at the gym from 5-6, and then headed straight to work. Since I have been getting to work around 6:10, I have taken long walks. I usually get in a couple of miles. It has truly been the best start to my day. The hard workouts followed up by the calm walk. During my walks, I spend time praying, reflecting, and just enjoying the beautiful outdoors. I am super excited for students to come to school next week, but I will definitely miss this morning time of working out and walking.
