Disney Day 3: Animal Kingdom

We made it all the way through lunch...then the rain came...and it poured!

Animal Kingdom Day...we were the most excited to ride The Flight of Passage.  All the reviews stated it was the best of all Disney rides.  So we went straight to that ride when the park opened.  We got to ride it 3 times in a row.  The ride was truly awesome.  It felt so real!  Afterwards we explored the rest of the park riding several rides (again little to no wait on the lines).  After lunch, the rain came, and it did not stop.  Although we didn't get to ride everything we wanted, we decided to call it a day due to the rain.  We ran...ran fast...in our masks...all the way to the bus stop.  We were soaked.  But it was actually funny all at the same time.  It rained for hours once we got back to our room.  But once the ran stopped, we headed to the pool.  The kids had fun swimming and playing, and Kyle and I relaxed poolside and enjoyed an adult beverage.
