Kathryn just finished up her recital (this is her second recital). And, just as last year, it was crazy, busy, hectic, wild, and Kathryn loved every bit of it. This year's recital was a little different. The show was divided into two groups, so Kathryn only danced twice (Saturday night and Sunday afternoon). The dances were so cute again this year, and the costumes were adorable. Kathryn LOVES the whole recital process. I struggle with it because it seems so unorganized, but each year it comes together perfectly, and the dancers always have a blast which is all that really matters. Kathryn dances with her Red Barn friends (there are 12 of them). She truly loves dancing, and I think she does a pretty good job at it. She is currently saying she does not want to dance in the fall...which is fine with me. I do want her to find an activity that she loves and truly enjoys. And who knows, she will probably change her mind about dancing and will decide to dance in the fall. Either way, I support her 110%. Here are a few pics from the recital festivities...
