Thanksgiving Eve (that's a thing in our house, lol!). This year I was supposed to work...due to COVID..but I had a doc appointment, so I took the day off. I started my morning getting my annual mammogram. Fingers crossed all is normal. Then went home and the kids and I spent lots of time cooking together. I love this tradition of the kids helping me prepare Thanksgiving each year, and they truly love it too. They are a huge help, and we have fun doing it together. We got all our dishes put together and set the tables.
Thanksgiving Day...How blessed are we!?!?!? This Thanksgiving, we were able to gather with our family for a wonderful meal and a great day! We had a delicious Thanksgiving lunch and after all was cleaned up, we decorated our tree. This is something new we started a couple of years ago, and I love it. We watched Christmas movies while we decorated...another tradition. Pammy stayed and helped us, and Daddy decorated too. It was truly a great, stress free Thanksgiving!
