This time of year is so busy, so I feel like I am always playing catch up. We have had a couple of great weekends!!! Last weekend was APSU's 30th Annual Candlelight Ball. This year's event was amazing. It was held at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum's new event space that overlooked the Nashville downtown skyline....breathtaking view! We had a record number in attendance (350 people), and overall the ball was a total success. I was the co-chair this year, and I will chair next year's event. Kyle and I have a true love for Austin Peay, so we truly enjoy giving back to our alma mater. Here are some pics from the night...

And, the following Monday was St. Patrick's Day. Kyle had a speaking event, so the kids and I went to Chick Fil A for dinner and some play time.

This weekend, Kyle and I along with Dave, Phyllis, Jay, Ben and Jennifer Moore, and Goodman and Heather, all went to Tunica. We had a blast! Our Tunica trips are one of my favorite weekend get aways. I love the food, drinks, and card playing. I love the time away from the day to day life and busyness. It really is a great mental get away for me.
This week is Spring Break, and I am heading to Mexico with Kailey and Becky. I am super excited for this girls trip! More to come...
