Long time, no blog!

IEP season is here, and I have been beyond swamped!  I love teaching...I have no love for IEP paperwork.  My job would be perfect if I didn't have all the special education paperwork.  None the less, it is part of my job, and being a perfectionist, it takes me a long time to write IEPs.  However, I am ready to tackle all my meetings next week.  BRING IT ON!!!  Speaking of work (which I generally never blog about), I do have some very exciting news to share....I will be teaching PE next year in my building!!!!!  It is really the best case scenario.  I want to move into PE and not change schools...since Ms. Turner is retiring (lucky her!), I was asked to move to the PE department...SCORE!!!!!  I am SO SO excited about next school year.  Literally, I am ready for next year to begin (okay, after summer break of coarse!). 

Enough about work...Team Luther has stayed busy the last couple of weekends.  Here are a few pics from our happenings...

Weekends have been full of parties and fun.  I love that Kathryn has so many friends.  She gets so excited about playing with her friends, going to parties, etc.  It is a true, simple happiness.  She is such a sweet girl and I pray she always is.
